Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop personalized treatment programs, and administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to unique conditions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to create coordinated care plans, provide education on home exercise programs, and maintain accurate documentation. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized and accredited program
- A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- Two years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Current certification in CPR to ensure safety and preparedness in emergency situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear patient education and collaboration with team members
- Proficiency in word processing and utilization of clinical management software
- Ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and motivation throughout the treatment process
Desired Qualifications
