Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and evidence-based modalities to facilitate healing while monitoring progress and adjusting protocols as needed. Provide hands-on education to patients and families, maintain detailed clinical records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. Work Monday through Friday for 40 hours at our state-of-the-art Bradenton facility. Submit resume and cover letter to HR for application.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid State license for Physical Therapy practice
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems
- A commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients to help them surpass their functional goals
- A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with collaborative care models
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices
