Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical abilities and limitations, then establish individualized treatment plans utilizing exercise regimens, manual therapy, and biofeedback. Adjust these plans based on ongoing assessments and instruct patients and families on proper equipment use to encourage active participation. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment responses to ensure regulatory compliance and support clinical decision-making. Work onsite at our Cypress, Florida rehabilitation facility, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care for children, adults, and seniors.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active state licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic health records management
- A flexible and adaptive approach to patient care and treatment methodology
