Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose patient conditions through comprehensive assessments, then implement tailored rehabilitation programs based on physician referrals. Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions across orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine while conducting health education sessions for patients and families. Document progress accurately in electronic health record systems and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster a supportive practice atmosphere. Meet minimum utilization targets and clinic objectives to contribute to overall operational success. Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with approximately 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- State licensure in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient services
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills
- Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Experience with evidence-based practices and treating a variety of conditions
- Strong background in developing patient-centered treatment plans
- Ability to lead community workshops and outreach programs, demonstrating a commitment to community health
