Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Deliver skilled therapeutic services in both clinic and home settings while educating patients and caregivers on health management strategies to foster independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes using evidence-based care practices and meet minimum utilization goals. Work Monday through Friday in a welcoming rehabilitation facility with access to advanced therapy tools and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Valid State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a practicing physical therapist.
- Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with patients and their families.
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and patient management.
- A commitment to building rapport with patients to help them reach and exceed their functional goals.
- A genuine desire to create meaningful connections and contribute positively to the community.
- Experience in specialized areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, sports medicine, or neurology.
