Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases to determine rehabilitation needs. Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans utilizing exercise programs, manual therapy, and specialized equipment. Regularly document and monitor patient progress while providing education to patients, families, and caregivers on assistive devices and therapy practices. Maintain current knowledge of best practices through ongoing education and professional engagement. Work Monday through Friday with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k matching program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Possession of a valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in word processing and computer systems for patient documentation and treatment planning
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt flexibly to varying patient needs and treatment scenarios
