Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and functional limitations, then develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis. Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and patient education while monitoring and documenting progress against regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care and transition plans, and supervise support staff to aid their professional growth. Engage in community outreach initiatives and participate in staff meetings for ongoing professional development. Work with diverse populations recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, sports-related issues, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and basic computer applications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy
