Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA (Licensed)

Conduct patient care activities under the supervision of licensed physical therapists at the High Hope Care Center skilled nursing facility in Sulphur, Louisiana. Assist with mobility, positioning, and therapeutic exercises while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress. Maintain current or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and graduate from an accredited program.
