Job Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement the plan of care under the guidance of the RPT and physician in Medina, TN, delivering professional, quality care to residents. Must hold an accredited PTA associate degree and an active state license, with certification/licensure requirements met. Requires strong organizational/time-management abilities and excellent written and verbal communication, plus familiarity with Functional Pathways policies, clinical programs, and therapy disciplines to support resident therapy needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution
- Active state license required
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
