Implement the plan of care established by the Registered Physical Therapist and physician in a professional, competent manner while upholding excellence in quality of care. Maintain current state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure as defined by state and national board associations. Apply current knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures to therapy disciplines within a supportive family environment focused on ethical care and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
