Job Summary
Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans by conducting therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy. Help patients regain mobility and strength through rehabilitation exercises while monitoring progress and documenting findings for care plan adjustments. Provide educational support regarding at-home care techniques and lifestyle modifications, maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment for a diverse population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Work onsite in a modern hospital facility with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
- An active Missouri PTA license, or eligibility to obtain one prior to your start date.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a positive interaction with patients and team members.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical or hospital environment.
- Hands-on experience with advanced therapeutic interventions and modalities is highly valued.
