Job Summary
Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence through comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and manual therapy. Monitor progress, modify therapy plans, and educate families on strategies for continued improvement while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to support the rehabilitation department's success. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling at $52.00-$61.00 per hour within a premier senior living community dedicated to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
