Full Time Physiatrist Needed

PRN Physical Therapist needed to evaluate and treat residents in a skilled-nursing rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, providing therapeutic interventions (exercises, manual therapy, and training on assistive devices), monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating residents and families on therapy goals and strategies, documenting evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Requires Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and current Colorado Physical Therapist license.
