Job Summary
Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and comply with all regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding standards. Communicate effectively with patients, the public, and the healthcare team while utilizing AI-enabled clinical documentation to reduce note-writing time. Physical Therapist licensure in good standing is required, with experienced clinicians and new grads welcome to apply. The role offers four ten-hour shifts or five eight-hour shifts, a $10K sign-on bonus, and productivity incentives. Confluent Health operates 23 clinics across the Pacific Northwest, providing access to dry needling, pelvic health, hand therapy, and nutritional services.
