Job Summary
Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership supervision. Provide direct patient supervision and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts and departmental policies. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards while managing prolonged standing and walking during day and evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in the state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one year of experience is preferred for a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
- Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
