Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities, document effectively within FOX’s EMR system, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists). Telehealth/virtual care may be incorporated to extend access and flexibility. Autonomously create and manage your treatment schedule, deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and functional outcomes, and support patients’ wellness and quality of life across in-home and senior living settings. Eligible to participate in FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program; H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
