Job Summary
Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with licensure on or after January 2016, along with Washington and Oregon Physical Therapist licenses, CPR/BLS certification, and required vaccinations. This role is based in The Dalles, Oregon, at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49-bed hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT) license
- Oregon-PT license
- Completion of all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgment that you have accessed and read the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices and understand the contents therein
