Job Summary
Conduct evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Maintain CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor per AH policy. Complete all required vaccinations annually where applicable. Complete the application process by acknowledging access to E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
