Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Complete required vaccinations annually as a condition of employment, with medical or religious exemptions where applicable. This role supports our home health and hospice agencies serving communities across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, offering personalized in-home care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
