Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques across our home health and hospice agencies in California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Maintain CPR or BLS certification and complete all required vaccinations as a condition of employment. This role supports personalized in-home care for the entire community within our award-winning organization.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
