Job Summary
Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Maintain required certifications including Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT) and Oregon-PT licensure, along with CPR or BLS certification. Fulfill annual vaccination requirements and adhere to Adventist Health's E-Verify participation policies. This role supports the Columbia River Gorge community through Adventist Health Columbia Gorge's 49-bed hospital, medical offices, and home health services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT) license
- OR-PT license
- Completion of all required vaccinations as a condition of employment
