Full-Time Permanent Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards. Train and develop housekeeping employees, conduct performance evaluations, and assign daily work tasks based on occupancy forecasts. Inspect guest rooms, storage, laundry, and restrooms; track linen and supply inventory; and communicate room status to Guest Services. Document maintenance requests, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws. Fulfill Manager on Duty and Lobby Duty shifts. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. InnVest Hotels manages 100 properties across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience in housekeeping or similar industry
- Supervisory experience
- Organizational ability
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and direct others
- Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Will be required to work in fast paced, stressful environment
- Will be exposed to and working with household chemicals
