Job Summary
PCU/IMC RN in Plano, TX for a Full-Time role with 3x12 night shifts (7p-7a), offering a salary range of $32-$53/hr ($60k-$99k/yr) with sign-on bonus. Requires 1+ year PCU/IMC RN experience, BSN preferred, TX or Compact RN license, and BLS. Responsibilities include assessing patient care needs, diagnosing and developing treatment plans with doctors, charting, prioritizing multiple cases, coordinating education for patients and families, protecting patient confidentiality, participating in quality initiatives, and supporting learning across the care team. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of PCU/IMC RN experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
