Job Summary
Assist all customers in selecting required parts, reviewing body shop estimates for accuracy, and pulling orders from stock. Answer phone calls for price quotes, replenish assigned inventory daily, and notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items. Locate parts from outside sources for emergency orders, set up daily shipments, and track back-ordered parts while maintaining orderly records of repair orders and invoices. Follow up on special-order parts delivery and participate in the lost sales tracking program. Requires a valid driver's license, customer service experience, and knowledge of automotive systems. Required Qualifications
