Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents while coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing education. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to manage health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment phases. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within appropriate scope and competence levels. Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Rules, and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Weekend PRN schedule available; join our not-for-profit organization dedicated to senior housing and services in a Christian environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
