Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education while collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues and families. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within the scope of practice. Ensure safe administration of care and resolution of service concerns in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Work weekends on a PRN basis, making your own schedule to pick shifts that fit your availability.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
