FULL TIME/PART TIME/PRN/FLEX Registered Nurse

Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents using the nursing process. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and manage preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases. Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care. Utilize age and population-specific standards within the full scope of nursing expertise. Maintain an unencumbered RN license and hold a Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited program. Work weekends on a PRN basis with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
