FULL TIME/PART TIME/PRN/FLEX Registered Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents using the nursing process. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and manage preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment across all phases. Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within scope and competence. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to resolve care concerns and ensure safe administration of services. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
