Job Summary
PRN RN role providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) and collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Requires licensure and adherence to applicable Nurse Practice Act; BSN preferred and state licensure/or multistate licensure for NLC states. Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
