Full-Time/Part-Time/Flex Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for The Brian Center of Botetourt in Fincastle, VA. Part-Time, Full-Time, or Flex schedule with Day Shifts and 8-hour shifts. Compensation: $45-$55 per hour based on experience. Provide personalized OT services to residents, enhance independence in function, mobility, and strength, ensure proper positioning and orthotic management, and support adjunct wound care with in-house certification training. Work with an interdisciplinary team, assist with discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes. A licensed OT (or soon-to-be-licensed) candidate with strong communication and clinical reasoning skills is preferred.
