Job Summary
Experienced Dispatcher to efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC/Plumbing technicians, optimize routes, and coordinate field-service teams using ServiceTitan. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring of technician progress, proactive issue resolution, customer updates, collaboration with Customer Service to handle urgent service needs, accurate data entry in ServiceTitan, and contributing to daily/weekly/monthly dispatch performance reporting. Ideal candidate has dispatching experience in the HVAC/plumbing sector, proficiency with ServiceTitan, strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused approach to ensure timely service and high customer satisfaction.
