Full Time Pa

Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. The couple resides in on-campus student homes, provides care, supervision, and guidance for approximately 8–13 students, and leads daily routines, devotions, and activities. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group in their own home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Both spouses must apply independently to be considered.
