Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person married-couple role, reside on campus in student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, devotional/chapel participation, budgeting oversight, and transition into a Placed Houseparent role over time. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to be role models
