Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus and oversee a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Qualifications include being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
