Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on campus in student homes, provide supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role; benefits include salary per person, comprehensive health coverage, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and adhere to campus policies (smoke-free, no alcohol, limited dependents). They will live and work with the same group of students in their own home on campus; roles involve caregiving, supervision, and religious devotion activities.
