Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and reporting on household operations. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
