Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and budgeting/house reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home.
