Full Time Pa

Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples (legally married ≥2 years) live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, manage household routines and budgeting, initially 9 days on / 3 days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply separately for consideration.
