Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to care for and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement. Benefits include per-person salary of $44,768 (total compensation around $168,000 per couple with housing/benefits), comprehensive health benefits, retirement, paid training, relocation assistance, and paid time off. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and is restricted to legally married couples meeting age and family-size criteria.
