Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreation activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation and paid training included; compensation includes housing and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to supervise and mentor youth
