Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School (Hershey, PA) and, as a two-person married couple, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same student home.
