Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role) reside on campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a stable Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Requires a two-spouse team, married for at least two years, with both spouses age 27 or older, and a high school diploma or GED. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation around $168,000 per couple annually when housing and meals are included. Located on-campus with a full-time schedule (nine days on, three days off during initial phase).
