Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus to supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 with total couple compensation ~ $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and is restricted to couples legally married for at least two years who are both at least 27 years old, with additional campus life and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
