Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married couples role living on campus to care for 8–13 students in a home-like setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off rotation to a placed houseparent in a consistent student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain certification to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-year marriage with both spouses aged 27 or older. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Chapel services
