Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on campus in Mendota, CA and provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role over time. Benefits include salary per person with total family compensation, relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse employment application
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel service
