Full-time Flex Houseparents sought as a two-person, married couple to reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and weekly Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes with a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a single student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married status for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with willingness to become certified to drive student vans.
