Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. The role includes mentoring, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same group of students. It is a two-person, married-couple position requiring both spouses to complete individual applications; the role emphasizes on-campus residence, youth supervision, faith-based activities, and campus life management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-model behavior for students
