Full-time, married-couple FLEX Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions, and chapel attendance. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role after initial nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive health and retirement benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Both spouses must apply individually to be considered; the role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive student vans; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; adherence to smoke- and weapon-free campus rules; Judeo-Christian chapel involvement; two years of marriage required for eligibility.
