Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single home alongside the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO; requires experience with youth and a strong commitment to student success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- age 27 or older for both spouses
- no more than three dependent children in home
- lifting up to 50 lbs
