Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and coordinating schedules. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle across multiple student homes and progresses to a placed houseparent assignment with a single student home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits; compensation is calculated per-person with housing and meals included. Applicants must be a legally married couple meeting age and family-size requirements and both spouses must apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role—couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to be role models for students
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications
- Ability to drive student vans after certification
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel

- On-campus live-in requirement; on-campus housing provided
